Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least One(1) Week in advance, especially during peak seasons (July-October and December-January). For last-minute bookings, please call us directly at +254 725 216515 to check availability.

You'll need:
  • Valid driving license (minimum 2 years old)
  • National ID or passport
  • Proof of address (utility bill or similar)
  • Credit card for security deposit
International renters will need an International Driving Permit if their license is not in English.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental. Please contact our reservations team for assistance with modifications.

Payments & Pricing

We accept:
  • M-Pesa (Paybill number: 123456)
  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank transfers (must clear before vehicle release)
  • Cash (Kenyan Shillings only)
A security deposit is required for all rentals, typically held on your credit card.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. Our rates include:
  • Unlimited mileage (except for luxury vehicles)
  • Basic insurance coverage
  • 24/7 roadside assistance
Additional costs may include fuel, optional insurance upgrades, and GPS rental. These will be clearly explained during booking.

Yes! We offer the following discounts:
  • 5% off for rentals of 7-14 days
  • 10% off for rentals of 15-30 days
  • 15% off for rentals over 30 days

Vehicle Usage

Currently, our vehicles are only permitted for use within Kenya. Cross-border travel is not allowed due to insurance restrictions. However, we can recommend partner companies in neighboring countries if you need a vehicle there.

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period. We will notify you of any tickets received and charge an administration fee of Ksh 1,000 per violation in addition to the ticket amount. Please settle all fines promptly to avoid additional penalties.

Absolutely! We have specially equipped 4x4 vehicles perfect for safari adventures. Please inform us when booking so we can provide the most suitable vehicle and advise on park conditions. Note that some parks may require vehicles to have specific features during certain seasons.

Insurance & Safety

All rentals include:
  • Third-party liability coverage
  • Collision damage waiver (with excess)
  • Theft protection (with excess)
You can reduce your excess liability by purchasing our Super Cover at Ksh 1,500 per day. Our staff will explain all options during vehicle collection.

In case of accident:
  1. Ensure safety of all persons involved
  2. Call police to make a report (mandatory for insurance claims)

  4. Do not admit liability or make settlements
  5. Take photos of the scene and damage
  6. Get contact details of witnesses if possible

Yes, we offer child safety seats for Ksh 800 per rental. Please request when booking as availability is limited. Kenyan law requires children under 3 to use appropriate restraints. We can provide infant seats, toddler seats, and boosters.
